For a few years of my life, I was very lively within the Boy Scouts of America. Every book is full of contrasting voices and genres: poetry, photography, long essays, flash fiction, work, reportage and far else, all introduced collectively by a staff of editors lots of whom first got here to Darkish Mountain as unknown voices printed in the early books.

Between the base of the mountain and the summit, there may be a wide range of change and problem. If there is a gap here, its absolutely one that – all through our species’ lethal 12,000-yr swerve off its gradual monitor by deep time – has been here all along.

Regardless of the nature of this elusive enchantment, one factor we will say about it’s that it went about its quiet business, unobserved, as the two men centered their consideration on creating the work’s fundamental themes, on honing its constituent parts.

We have run festivals and faculty courses, worked with national theatres and led mountain expeditions.
